Change Management for Portfolio Transformation

Karen Forsha, L&D Change Management and Training Leader at Terumo Medical Corp., and Carrie Nauyalis, Executive in Residence at Planview, co-facilitate this hands-on workshop on managing the human side of portfolio transformation. Implementing new governance models, tools, and processes is only half the battle; the other half is winning hearts and minds across the organization.

Workshop participants will work through real-world change management scenarios, applying proven frameworks for stakeholder analysis, communication planning, and resistance management. Karen and Carrie will share lessons learned from portfolio transformation initiatives at Terumo and other life sciences organizations, including what worked, what did not, and what they would do differently.
